Market Update!
The Single Family Housing market has moved to more of a balanced state and even a buyer's market in some areas, although the median prices and Housing Price Index numbers seem to be increasing in many areas. The Market is technically still in a balanced state overall, mixing all categories, but is sure to change as we roll into summer. Call me for market stats in your area, I'd be glad to supply them!! Depending on what type of property you're selling, you still may need an aggresive marketing plan if you are thinking of selling. In fact I believe it's the only way to market your property, aggresively!
The current record low interest rates combined with Housing prices in certain areas remaining soft since last summer, and new motivated sellers entering the marketplace, means buying opportunities are popping up everywhere.
